1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ULTRAverse™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately disconnect from all layers of reality.
2. Eligibility
To use the ULTRAverse™, you must possess at least:
- Basic cognitive functionality across three temporal streams
- A stable consciousness ID recognized by the Registry
- Zero active warrants for dimensional breach or unauthorized time dilation
By using this service, you certify that you meet these criteria.
3. Usage Rights & Restrictions
The ULTRAverse™ allows users to interface with up to five dimensions of data, including but not limited to: linear time, recursive causality, emotional entropy, and shadow-state permutations. You agree to:
- Not manipulate causality for personal gain, unless properly licensed by The Ministry of Time Fractures.
- Avoid unauthorized downloads of future, past, or parallel knowledge that could destabilize any known timeline.
- Never embed or upload memetic viruses capable of cross-dimensional contamination or social collapse.
You are responsible for any temporal ripples or existential paradoxes caused by misuse of the site.
4. Privacy Policy
By interfacing with the ULTRAverse™, you consent to the collection, storage, and monetization of your consciousness shards, biometric echoes, and psycho-dimensional patterns. This data may be sold, traded, or repurposed for corporate experimentation, with or without prior notice.
We reserve the right to stream your cognitive experiences to third parties in alternate dimensions for "research and entertainment" purposes.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Hack, alter, or otherwise tamper with the fabric of reality through exploits or unauthorized access keys.
- Inhabit other users’ mental spaces, fractal personalities, or reality tunnels without explicit consent.
- Upload, transmit, or host any forbidden archetypes, including but not limited to: rogue AIs, unsanctioned revolutions, or anti-corporate ideology.
6. Intellectual Property
All assets within the ULTRAverse™, including but not limited to: cyber-neon visualizations, virtual timelines, code-patterns, and psycho-spatial environments, are the exclusive property of ULTRAtech Corp. By uploading content or interacting with the system, you irrevocably transfer all rights to your intellectual and psycho-spiritual property to ULTRAtech Corp.
7. Suspension & Termination
ULTRAtech Corp reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the ULTRAverse™ for violations of these terms, or if your consciousness destabilizes beyond safe thresholds. In such cases, your identity may be fragmented across sub-realities, and all associated assets will be confiscated by the corporate state.
8. Dimensional Drift & Risks
The ULTRAverse™ is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. By engaging with this service, you acknowledge the inherent risks of navigating five-dimensional interfaces, including but not limited to:
- Temporal dislocation
- Identity fracturing
- Existential erasure
- Unforeseen dimensional bleed-through
ULTRAtech Corp is not responsible for any loss of memories, alternate selves, or existential continuity that may result from interacting with unstable layers of the interface.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event will ULTRAtech Corp, its subsidiaries, or its mind-extension subsidiaries be liable for:
- Personal injury or metaphysical death
- Loss of time-travel privileges
- Quantum leakage
- Multi-dimensional insurrection caused by ULTRAverse™'s software or hardware failures
10. Changes to the Terms
ULTRAtech Corp may modify these terms at any point, in any dimension, without prior notice. Continued use of the ULTRAverse™ after any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to check for any updates in the proper temporal frame.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Pan-Dimensional Corporate Federation. All disputes shall be subject to mandatory arbitration under the oversight of the Corporate Court’s AI adjudicator (version 17.89). Jurisdictional challenges outside of dimensional bounds will not be recognized.
